1. No flowers or shrubs are to be planted.

2. All trees, donated or purchased, shall be approved by cemetery to keep it uniform. 

3. Metal plant hangers must be located in the cement base next to the monument.

4. Flowers and decorations can be placed in the cemetery 10 days before Memorial Day, if out of the way of mowing.  Any decorations not within the cement marker area must be removed by June 15.  After June 15, so they do not detract from the appearance of the cemetery, decorations in vases, either on top of the monument, or tied to the monument are acceptable.

5. Filling of graves and seeding grass will be done by the cemetery at the proper time.

6. A permit is required to place a monument on a grave space: $40.00.   All monuments are to be on the head of the grave space.   A concrete wash  of  6 inches will be on all sides of the monument.  The wash on the monument front shall be on the lot line.  No monument may exceed the lot size.  Monument size: for one grave space: 36 inches; for two grave spaces: 7 feet; and for three grave spaces: 11 feet. 

7. All spaces are 4 feet wide and length varies.
   One space $300.00.
   Grave opening $450.00.
   Cremations $200.00
   Infant grave opening $100.00
   Grave space for infants depend on where located in cemetery.

8. When purchasing a cemetery space, you do not receive title to that space.  You pay for the privilege to be buried there, or burial space rights.  We permit the burial of any such owners immediate family, i.e., parents, children or grandchildren, and/or brother or sister of owner or spouse,  but not other lateral relatives.  In no event can any such owner or heir or other relative sell or give any unused spaces to any person of their own choosing, but the owner must turn back such spaces to the cemetery at the same price, but without interest. 

9. In the event there are no owners or immediate family members remaining, the cemetery may take over and resell such unused spaces, as seen fit, without any notice of any kind whatsoever to anyone.

10. All charges due the cemetery shall be paid before a monument is installed. i.e. Lot must be paid for.
